Shipping Locations We ship to most locations in Australia however some remote locations are unavailable due to extremely high shipping costs. Shipping to locations outside of Australia is not available.
Shipping Method To be able to provide the best shipping prices possible to as many locations as possible we ship with a number of courier services and Australia Post. Due to item dimensions/weight some items can only be shipped via a courier service. If you have a preference of courier or Australia Post please include this note at checkout. Smaller parcels sent via a courier in most cases are delivered with Authority to Leave due to 'contactless' best practices. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once Proof of Delivery has been provided by a courier or Australia Post.
Shipping Timeframe Most orders are processed and dispatched from our store within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Orders take 5-10 working days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer.
