PAUL'S FISHING

Paul and Cristy Worsteling headed out from Martha Cove on Friday morning and headed to Mount Martha where they managed to find some quality garfish using maggots and small pilchard pieces for bait in a fine berley trail.

OFFSHORE

Congratulations to Josh Stoll & his son Ryder on landing a 121.5kg southern bluefin tuna off Phillip Island after a 5.5 hr fight. Big thanks to Chris Cassar for taking over driving from young Ryder to help them land this epic fish.

Peter Ferguson fished offshore near Cape Schanck and nailed this ripper school shark of around 20kg using a whole barber perch butterflied for bait.

CAT BAY

Michael Day had an awesome day on Western Port fishing with his uncle in 20m off Cat Bay landing this nice 12kg gummy on a fresh squid ring.

PORT PHILLIP BAY

MORNINGTON

Amy Day and Gerry Morsman fished out from Mornington and managed some nice garfish.

MOUNT MARTHA

Dylan took Claire to Mt Martha for her first ever fish and she smashed the gars bagging out in 1hr 20 mins.

Staff member Mitch Ryland fished from the rocks at Mt Martha and found some good garfish.

ROSEBUD

Lucy Jurdana caught her PB squid from Rosebud this week. There is some awesome squid being caught from the Rosebud and Rye areas at the moment.

PORT FAIRY

Dan Hoey from Salty Dog Charters has been getting stuck into a good mix of species out from Port Fairy and Portland recently with nice sized gummies, school tuna, snapper and more being caught.

LAKE PURRUMBETE

Mick from Victorian Inland Charters has been smashing it at Lake Purrumbete with his customers with trophy brown trout and plenty of redfin to go around.

LAKE EILDON

Andrew Colston with a nice Murray cod off the top fishing at Lake Eildon.

Donovan Wilson caught this cracking 104cm Murray cod walking the bank at Lake Eildon casting a top water lure.

MALLACOOTA

Neville and his son Nathan fished Mallacoota for some nice dusky flathead.

MURRAY RIVER

Brayden Smith with a beautiful cod caught on the Murray River using the Bassman Crawler topwater lure.
