PAUL'S REPORT

Paul, Jet & Cristy Worsteling and the IFISH crew are currently fishing the south island of New Zealand out of Lumsden with Hurley’s Fly Fishing New Zealand. They have had some epic fly fishing action on both dry flies and nymphs catching ridiculous numbers of brown trout to just under 5 pounds.

WESTERN PORT

Shaun Furtiere from Think Big Fishing Charters is feeding his customers well this week and with some fantastic King George whiting.

Steve Johnson from Ace Fishing Charters has been all over the whiting this week with his customers landing some nice fish.

MIDDLE SPIT

Young Griffin Spierings out fished his dad at Middle Spit catching plenty of whiting up to 44cm, well done champ!

EAGLE ROCK

Bruce Ashcroft fished the channel edge near Eagle Rock this week and landed himself a nice feed of whiting in 6 metres with pipis the best bait.

JOE'S ISLAND

Staff member Harley Scott took his young fella Cooper out for a fish this week on Western Port. Cooper landed this nice gummy as well as several hammerhead sharks.

WARNEET

Duane Hill headed out from Warneet this week with his girls and had a great time catching a nice mixed bag an hour before and after high tide.

TOORADIN

Mark Otten his son Sam and Darren Thomas had a ripper day out on the water fishing the Tooradin Channel during the run out tide with a pipi and squid cocktail doing all the damage.

STOCKYARD POINT

Cody Stylianou put in the hours this week fishing Stockyard Point and landed this fantastic gummy on a pilchard.

VENTNOR

Staff member Adam Fraser landed some nice whiting fishing from the beach using squid and pipi cocktail during the run in tide.

PORT PHILLIP BAY

Matt Cini and the Reel Time Fishing Charters crew have been having some epic sessions with their customers over the past week getting stuck into some fantastic bags of whiting, squid and flathead.

Mornington staff member Jeremy De Haan headed out on on Wednesday and got stuck into a cracking back of squid, a cuttle fish and some nice salmon.

RICKETTS POINT

Shane landed a lovely 51cm flathead fishing out from Ricketts Point this week.

MT ELIZA

Young Benji landed this beaut snapper in 17 metres out from Mt Eliza on Tuesday morning.

Julian Rennie and his daughter Taylor had a fantastic day squidding from Mt Eliza to Mount Martha with blue rainbow and red foil squid jigs doing the damage.

MORNINGTON

Michael Panovski landed some fantastic pinkies fishing the Mornington Pier at sunrise this week.

Eoin Keaveny fished off Sunnyside beach and had a ball catching salmon, pike, squid, flathead and pinky snapper, love ya work and it looks like the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Chris Lacey has landed some fantastic flathead in 11 metres out from Mornington recently.

RYE

Dale Wagner caught this cracking gummy shark fishing out from Rye on fresh squid strips.

Julian Rennie headed out on an early morning solo mission fishing the South Channel out from Rye this week and bagged himself a beautiful gummy in 14 metres on a trevally chunk.

THE RIP

Staff members David Kramer and Brendon Cunningham headed out on PPB on Sunday to check out The Rip for any kings with no luck however not a bad consolation prize with some solid salmon landed in The Rip and some fantastic squid and cuttles caught around the southern end of the bay.

PORTARLINGTON

Amelia and her dad headed out from Portarlington this week in search of whiting and they nailed it with a cracking bag of whiting caught on mussels.

WERRIBEE

Lee reports in from Werribee South with a ripper of a gummy he landed, well done mate.

POINT COOK

AJ Azzopardi fished out from Point Cook in 4 metres of water and landed a cracking bag of whiting and squid during the run in tide.

CAPE SCHANCK

Matt Cini from Reel Time Fishing Charters managed to get on to a solid kingfish last week with his customers, Sunny and Tony landing this 13kg fish.

Matt also got into a nice metre plus kingfish on Wednesday with his customers.

Reece Millward and Trent Dickinson had a great day fishing off Cape Schanck last week with the boys managing a nice gummy a 30kg school shark and their bag of beautiful kingfish.

Jovan Pageot and a mate headed out off Cape Schanck last week and managed to land a couple of cracker kings, well done guys.

DEVILBEND RESERVOIR

Good customer Ollie landed this cracking EP that went 38cm using a Jackson Pygmy Popper fishing at Devilbend Reservoir.

VENUS BAY

Darren landed this nice gummy fishing the beach at Venus Bay last week.

WALKERVILLE

Justin Craig and Matt Stolk got it done out from Walkerville in 20 metres this week, the guys kept 4 fantastic gummies with the biggest going 9kg and they also threw back 5; fresh baits working the best.

LAKES ENTRANCE

Cody Carruthers spent some time at Lakes Entrance this week and landed some fantastic dusky flathead.

Joe Wilson reports in from Lakes Entrance after an epic trip landing 20 flatties over the course of the trip to 45cm.
